Few things to note:

- Classes are small and generally no more than 10 a session.
- If you have never done Pilates before, please call us to book in an assessment with one of our instructors.
- GLA:D classes run for 6 weeks at a time – please call us to see when the next start date is.
- Please remember – if you’re feeling unwell or have any cold or flu symptoms, please stay home and we’ll see you at the next class! 🙂
