Few things to note:
  • Effective from 7 February 2023.
  • To book your spot, call 09 4074288, email or book online.
  • Classes are small and generally no more than 10 a session.
  • If you have never done Pilates before, please call us to book in an assessment with one of our instructors.
  • GLA:D classes run for 6 weeks at a time – please call us to see when the next start date is.
  • Please remember – if you’re feeling unwell or have any cold or flu symptoms, please stay home and we’ll see you at the next class! 🙂
