Failed Attendance or Late Cancellation

We may charge the full session fee for cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice. We understand that unexpected events can occur, but please try to give us at least 4 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Scope of Practice

We are qualified to manage and prevent musculo-skeletal conditions using manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy. We do not offer services for neurological problems, serious respiratory diseases, or serious uro-gynaecological problems.

ACC and Work Accident Entitlement

We can complete an ACC form for any specific incident that caused your injury. For work‑related overuse injuries, you’ll need to see your GP for the ACC form. If ACC does not accept your claim, private charges will apply.

ACC can confirm acceptance by phone within 24 hours of lodging your claim. Some large employers use external agencies to manage work injuries. If your injury occurred at work, please notify your Employer or HR department so they can advise which Agent we should liaise with. Please share this information with us as soon as possible.
