60 minutes of exercise focused on bone and joint health, particularly for those with osteopenia & osteoporosis.

Ideal for those mums that want to get moving again postnatal, or just want to stay fit & active during or after their pregnancy - with the convenience of bringing their babies & toddlers with them to class.
Booking Information
Payment:
- Full payment is required on the day of treatment/class
Cancellation policy:
- We may charge you the full class fee for cancellations less than 4-hours from class
Other Information:
- All equipment (including mats) are provided
- Wear comfortable exercise clothes and socks
- 12-months expiry on all concession cards and private sessions
- ACC co-payment subject to change at any time
- Payment plans are available for some programmes
- Surcharges will apply for credit card payments or contactless card payments
