Men’s Health Class focused on Strength, Mobility & Balance
Last year, we identified a gap in community offerings specifically tailored to men’s health. To address this need, we’ve introduced a specialised class focused on strength, mobility, and balance for older men or individuals requiring support in these areas.
Express Yogalates
Looking to boost your fitness in a short amount of time? Our Express Yogalates class combines the best of yoga and Pilates in a quick, 45-minute session. Perfect for all levels, this class will help you strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and find your inner calm.
Yoga
Join our new yoga class to help you find balance, improve flexibility, and build strength. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, Carolina will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises that promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Pilates
Mat Pilates offers numerous benefits, including enhanced core strength, improved flexibility, and better posture. It’s a low-impact exercise, making it gentle on the joints and suitable for all fitness levels.
